| Review: | "Where the burbs meet the farms in outer Seattle lies a little gem in the shape of a small Japanese Restaurant where fresh sushi and a decently skilled owner provide a wonderful experience. The chef knows good presentation and does good work teasing out subtle flavor arrangements with a primarily traditional offering. All fairly fresh. Scallops are great. The occasional blue tuna is outrageous. A second restuarant was just opened in Everett where the owner now shares his time and is working teaching a new chef. " |
